10 Must Have Items for First Time Campers

Folding chairs are great for outdoor use, but they can take up a good amount of space. The portable pocket chair is exactly what its name says it is. It’s a portable folding chair that can be so compact as to fit in your pocket. It’s a space saver, and great for the beach or camping trips.

Flashlights are a must have when camping, but one necessity often forgotten is the alarm clock. This gadget is a two in one, and can be very useful, for example, as a night light for little kids or an alarm to wake up a family for a sunrise hike.

3.      Waterproof pill storage keychain
These keychains are great ways to keep your pills safe when away from home. Using a keyring to keep the pill keychains organized will ensure you’re taking the correct medications, just as you would at home.

4.      Loveseat Camping Chair
A unique and romantic take on folding chairs, this loveseat camping chair is perfect! This chair seats two and is portable like any other folding chair. (Not as portable as the pocket chair, but still very fun and cute!)

5.      Popcorn popper
Fresh popped popcorn from a campfire is one of my all-time favorite camping snacks, and is easily done a with mess-free, hand-held popcorn popper. Mix the popcorn with marshmallows and M&M’s for a fun nighttime treat!

6.      Camp Oven
Ever had the craving for cinnamon rolls on a Sunday morning while camping? This oven takes care of it all! Baking made easy from anywhere you could imagine.

7.      Smores maker
Smores are a must have treat on summer camping trips. This smores maker will give you a mess-free, perfect smore every time. It’s easy to clean, and will undoubtedly be used often.

8.      Camping Hammock
Portable hammocks are such a fun seat for kids while camping. They latch between two trees usually and are great for stargazing. Your kids will be observing constellations for hours, and will most likely want to spend the night in them as well!

9.      Handheld Shower head

State park bath houses aren’t always the most sanitary places to shower, but this handheld shower head eliminates all your bath house worries. The showerhead hooks to a branch or post and uses water from a bucket to give you a private, cleansing
shower.

10.  Inflatable pillow

Pillows are a necessity for camping, especially if you’re experiencing neck problems. Finding the right pillow for you can be a hassle, but these portable, inflatable pillows give you the option to adjust your pillow to your needs.
